This blog: my way of documenting how I combat the struggles of eating, exercising and living it up in Bangalore. I’ll do my best to get you guys nutritional information so you can make the best possible decisions. And perhaps get some help myself.

My definition of health: lose weight through slow increases in calorie deficits through good eating and exercise. Not super interested in fad diets and I don’t really have the time for intense exercise. I’d like to lose the weight and keep it off long term. I’d also like to develop life-long good habits while still enjoying my college life optimally.


Getting healthy can be really difficult. I constantly struggle with getting fit (I need to lose about 2-3 kg to be a “normal” weight, though I’d love to lose some more weight and get very active). This blog is my way of staying accountable to making the best possible decisions.
